may my body, may natural self, in all it's complexities be a useful instrument for the transformation of energy to its highest good. help me use my body wisely, help me understand it's needs, help me know it as a gift, a tool, a protector that connects me to all sentient beings and this earth. help me enjoy it's uses, the delights of the senses
may my thoughts, my spiritual life, connect me to an ocean of wisdom and truth and a big blue sky of possibilities. help me to know I am not my thoughts. like clouds passing through a windy sky, they come and go from somewhere else. help me understand my thoughts, to slow them down to think them through, to choose them wisely, to give them up, to keep what resonates, to act justly, to explore widely.
