These few hours will be potent, like holding your breath before you take the plunge. A Dark Moon conjunct Neptune is ideal for releasing/letting go/forgiving. Then you can exhale into that Pisces New Moon with a light heart, ready to expand your horizons (Neptune can open things up just as effectively as Jupiter).
